The Presales Solution manager will provide end-to-end presales support for carrier and enterprise connectivity solutions, owning solution design, pricing, supplier coordination, and delivery support. The role will primarily focus on Connectivity (On-net & Off-net) requirements, while also supporting Cloud, ICT, and other digital solution domains as needed. This position acts as a key bridge between Sales, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure technically sound, commercially competitive, and deliverable solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end presales support in close coordination with Sales, covering solution design, pricing, and delivery readiness.
- Design technically sound and commercially viable solutions, primarily for Carrier and Enterprise connectivity, with additional support for Cloud, ICT, and related domains.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate On-net / Off-net connectivity and last-mile solutions aligned with SLAs and contractual terms.
- Lead pricing strategy and commercial structuring, working with Finance and Product to validate costs, margins, and approvals.
- Manage supplier relationships across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, including evaluation, onboarding, pricing, and service commitments.
- Lead and prepare RFP/RFQ/tender responses, ensuring accurate technical, commercial, and delivery inputs within governance & timelines.
- Act as the single point of coordination with Support, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure feasibility, Order processing, risk mitigation and delivery readiness.
- Support and oversee project delivery post-order through customer acceptance and smooth handover to operations.
- Continuously improve presales processes, supplier coverage, and solution competitiveness across connectivity and adjacent domains.
- Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
- a) 7-10 Years of experience in Telecom industry - in Presales, Solutioning & Project Management domain(s)
- b) Strong experience in Presales / Solutioning for Carrier & Enterprise Connectivity (IPLC, DIA, Ethernet, MPLS, wavelength, etc.) especially in MENA region
- c) Solid understanding of On-net vs Off-net models, last-mile sourcing, and regional supplier ecosystems.
- d) Background with carriers, global network providers, or large system integrators.
- e) Proven experience in pricing, commercial structuring, and RFP management.
- f) Experience supporting projects through delivery and customer acceptance.
- Professional skills: Strong technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, Cloud, ICT and IDC are preferred.
