Senior Information Systems Analyst

We are currently recruiting an Senior Information Systems Analyst for our client based in Dubai, UAE for a Period of 12 Months (renewable)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, development, and enhancement of IT systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring system efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

1.Strategic Systems Planning:

• Identify and prioritize IT initiatives based on organizational needs. Document and analyze system requirements aligned with business objectives and allocate required budgets.

2.Process Improvement:

• Conduct studies to enhance process efficiency and quality. Recommend improvements based on best practices and contribute to cost-optimization initiatives.
• Support managing partnerships with system developers, service providers, and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with government and organizational requirements (e.g., Digital Dubai, Dubai Health).

4.IT Project Management:

• Lead and develop new software projects following approved IT methodologies and policies, including digital transformation efforts and adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

5.Technical Issue Resolution:

• Identify application, system, hardware, infrastructure, connectivity, and configuration issues. Prepare reports with recommendations and elevate support needs as required.

6.Documentation & System Procedures:

• Document IT system procedures, workflows, and supervise the creation of user manuals. Review detailed system design documents for accuracy.

7.Data Management & Governance:

• Organize, update, and maintain data periodically. Manage data sources, ensure data quality, and implement data governance standards.

8.Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare technical and statistical reports to support informed decision-making, including website usage and internal system performance. Verify data storage systems and conduct software/system testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems analysis or a closely related domain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Arabic and English

• Professional certifications such as:
  ITIL
  , CBAP
  , PMP
  , COBIT
  , or ISO 27001
• Proven experience working with enterprise-level applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, or healthcare/government systems).
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in business process mapping and modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience with database querying (SQL) and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of information security principles and access control systems.
