The roleisa senior technology leader responsible for end-to-end ownership of Innovo’sproducts,Dev Ops, quality practices, data,analytics and AI capabilities. This role drives technology execution, modernisation, and value realisation, ensuring business facing platforms and products arescalable and aligned to business strategy. The role balances strategic leadership with operational accountability, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
Key Accountabilities- Define and execute the organisation’sdata, advanced analytics and AI strategy, aligned toIT’soverall strategy and business priorities
- Define and implement strong product management practices, ensuring clear ownership, roadmaps, prioritisation, and value measurement
- Lead and develop high performing teams across engineering, product, data, QA, and Dev Ops.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, quality,innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business goals and outcomes into clear product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, and measurable KPIs/OKRs
- Establish Dev Ops practices, automation, and platform engineering capabilities
- Define and deliver quality assurance and testing strategy, embedding quality throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Lead the developmentofmodern data platforms(data lakes, streaming),business intelligence, and reporting capabilities
- Establishdata, analytics and AI platforms, tooling, andMLOpscapabilities to support scalable model development and deployment
- Definepolicy and standards for responsible AI and ML governance
- Establish a framework foridentifyinghigh-value use-casesfor advanced analytics and AI, prioritising measurable business impact
- Define and own data architecture and modelling standard sand master data management across the organisation
- Own budget across applications, platforms,dataand AI capabilities
- Drive cost optimisationthrough reuse, automation, rationalisation and driving responsible AI adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Engineeringor related field(Master’spreferred).
- 5+ofsenior leadership experience in technology roles
- Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, product, dataand analytics
- Track recordof delivering complex transformation and modernisation initiatives
- Experience in product-led and agile delivery models
- Experience in data, advanced analytics,businessintelligenceand AI
- Strong systems thinking and ability tooperateat both strategic and execution levels
- Leadership presence and ability to influence at board and exec levels
- Comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities
- Confident decision maker, able to balance speed, quality, and risk
