Training Specialist Job Description

The Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a training specialist to support operations trainings for the last mile vertical. The overall responsibility includes boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs, indirectly helping to enhance workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values.

• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
• Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning as required, delivering various training courses for continuous learning.
• Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel as per business requirements.
• Ensure completion of the new hire training program, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
• Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps immediately.
• Identify learning coaches and certify them.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees.
