The Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise-grade data network environments for a leading banking client. This position ensures high availability, security, and reliability of critical infrastructure powering day‑to‑day banking operations.

In this role, you will join a high-performing technical team responsible for implementing and maintaining complex enterprise data networks using Cisco, Juniper, and Arista technologies. You will contribute to major telecommunications and infrastructure initiatives across the bank, including planning, research, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing support activities. The role offers exposure to large-scale network architectures and requires strong problem‑solving abilities in a production environment.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and management to ensure seamless network performance and minimal business disruption.

• Plan, design, implement, and support data network infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Execute technical research, evaluation, and proof‑of‑concept exercises for network solutions and optimizations.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and remedial support for production network issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are executed with minimal service disruption and full adherence to banking standards.
• Identify opportunities for network performance improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful upgrade, migration, and deployment activities.

• 4–8 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise data networks.
• Strong background working on medium to large telecommunications or network infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista networking products.
• Deep understanding of routing, switching, network protocols, and infrastructure best practices.
• Proven experience managing production network environments in mission‑critical settings.
• CCNA or CCNP certifications (preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

• Working experience with SD‑WAN solutions.
• Knowledge of automation tools or network scripting.
• Exposure to banking or financial services IT environments.
• Understanding of network security standards and compliance requirements.
