We are looking for a Vibe Ops Engineer — an engineer working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and product, focused on vibe coding
: building and operating AI-first systems using modern tooling, agents, and sound engineering judgment.
This role is for engineers who can assemble a product end-to-end —
from idea and hypothesis to a deployed, used, and evolving system.
Core ResponsibilityPractice vibe coding: design, build, launch, and maintain AI-first products and internal systems, treating code, agents, and infrastructure as a single workflow.
What You’ll Do- • Build and evolve web applications and services (frontend + backend)
- • Work inside AI-assisted and agent-based development environments
- • Design and consume REST APIs
- • Work with application data and state (primarily Supabase / Postgre
SQL) - • Containerize and run services using Docker
- • Set up and maintain practical, reliable infrastructure
- • Participate in product decisions: scoping, prioritization, iteration
- • Take systems from prototype to stable, production use
- Experience with modern frontend development (React or similar)
- Solid understanding of backend systems and API design
- Comfort working with Docker as a daily tool
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted / agent-driven development
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and environments
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver end-to-end
- Proficiency in Russian
- Backend: flexible stack; principles and system design matter more than language
- Open Code, Lovable Dev, Cursor, Antigravity, Copilot, Claude / Cloud
