Role OverviewThe Head of Product Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and leading the product analytics function across all digital platforms. This role owns the end-to-end analytics strategy, ensuring product decisions are grounded in user behavior, trading data, and performance insights. The position works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Growth, and senior leadership to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive roadmap prioritization, feature optimization, user engagement, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale the Product Analytics function, defining analytics vision, frameworks, and best practices across all digital products
- Own product performance measurement across web and mobile platforms, including user behavior, funnel analysis, feature adoption, retention, and conversion
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to embed analytics into the product development lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch optimization
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate complex trading, customer, and behavioral data into clear insights that support strategic product and business decisions
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics aligned with business objectives and product strategy
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and CRM teams to support acquisition, activation, engagement, and lifecycle optimization initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across product analytics tools and data sources
- Support experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and feature impact analysis
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on data-driven product and platform optimization initiatives
- Proven experience in a senior Product Analytics or Product Data leadership role within fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or complex digital products
- Strong background in product analytics, user behavior analysis, and performance measurement across web and mobile platforms
- Hands‑on experience with analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and modern data stacks
- Solid understanding of product management principles and agile development environments
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and senior leadership teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics insights to commercial and strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in regulated environments is a strong advantage
