SAP Business Consultant (S/4 HANA-Public Cloud implementations) to work closely with business departments and the SAP implementation partner.
This is a hands‑on, deep‑dive role focused on process discovery, fit‑gap validation, and ensuring sign‑off readiness for a major SAP Public Cloud implementation.

You will act as the bridge between business teams and the SAP implementation partner. Your focus will be to capture AS‑IS processes, identify real workflows and hidden dependencies, maintain a complete data inventory, validate fit‑gap documents, and drive corrections to final sign‑off.
Your work will directly impact configuration quality, UAT readiness, and leadership decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured workshops and stakeholder interviews across departments
- Document end‑to‑end process flows, approvals, exceptions, and roles
- Validate fit‑to‑standard outcomes against real business practices
- Identify missing gaps and challenge incorrect assumptions
- Maintain action logs, decision registers, and governance trackers
- Ensure final sign‑off readiness with minimal rework
- Proven experience in SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementations - Hands‑on expertise in fit‑to‑standard / fit‑gap methodology
- Strong process discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Ability to cover multiple domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Retail, Projects, HR, Asset Accounting)
- Strong structured thinking and attention to detail
