EMEA, with a strong focus on the Middle East. The company is a global leader in Automated Breach and Attack Simulation, enabling enterprises to continuously validate and strengthen their security posture using AI-driven insights across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
We’ve been retained to appoint their next Customer Success Architect ,a strategic partner who ensures customers realise measurable value from their security validation platform.
In thisrole,you will:
- Act as the primary post-sales contact for strategic enterprise customers
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansionby aligning the platform to customer security and risk objectives
- Advise CISOs and security teams onMITRE ATT&CK, detection engineering, exposure management, red teaming, and security validation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer feedback into renewals and long-term outcomes
The ideal profile includes:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to SOC operations, incident response, red teaming, security validation, or governance frameworks
- A strong background in customer-facing rolessuch as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Security Consulting within
SaaS or cybersecurity - The ability to engage confidently withboth technical teams and executive stakeholders, including CISOs
- A genuine passion for helping organisations prove that their security controlsactually work
