Openshift Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are hiring Openshift Infrastructure Support Specialist to join one of our major clients based in Dubai, UAE

Job Location - Dubai, UAE

• Extensive experience with Red Hat Open Shift virtualization formally known as Kube Virt
• Extensive experience with Open Shift administration, upgrades and resiliency
• Kubernetes and Open Shift containers orchestration, scheduling, blue-green deployments with zero downtime and containers scalability in a high-available multi master/nodes environment.
• Strong Experience with VMWare, Oracle Virtual Manager Formally known as OLVM, and virtualization concepts
• Extensive knowledge in scripting and automation tools includes Shell scripting, Ansible, Jenkins, terraform and ArgoCD
• At least 5 years of advanced Linux experience in Red Hat, Unix, Solaris and NIX systems system administration.
• A Good level of experience in implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc
• Good knowledge with storage concepts and network protocols
• Good knowledge with Red Hat satellite and Spacewalk
• Knowledge on OS patch/firmware upgrades to troubleshoot and identify the root cause to be fixed with a valid change.
• Able to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Solid interpersonal skills conducive to a team environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
