Position: Senior Analyst – Operations Business Systems

Location: Dubai

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Payroll: GBM

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Operations Business Systems to support Above-the-Wing airport operations by leveraging AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to enhance passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions.
• Prepare clear requirements documentation and support UAT.
• Collaborate with airport-wide stakeholders and vendors to deliver system initiatives end-to-end.
• Drive innovation through pilots, proof of concepts, and emerging technologies (AI, computer vision, IoT sensors, predictive analytics).
• Interpret operational data, work with dashboards/KPIs, and translate insights into system or process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and vendor solutions

• Proven experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams
  .
• Hands-on exposure to operational platforms and enterprise systems
  .
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in airport operations or similar high-throughput environments preferred.
• Orientation toward R&D, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  .
• Nationality Priority: Other Nationalities (1st priority), Indians (backup profiles).

• This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery (requirements, stakeholder alignment, validation, UAT) — not technical support, operations support, commissioning, or service management.
