Digital Product Lead iDiet – Dubai
We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Product Lead to own and evolve our website, mobile app, and internal admin system.
This is a strategic individual contributor role working directly with the founder and tech team. You will define the roadmap, structure features clearly, and ensure strong execution from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the product roadmap
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Write structured user stories and feature specs
- Prioritize backlog and support sprint planning
- Act as the main link between business and developers
- Improve customer journey, conversion, and retention
- Identify system gaps and suggest structural improvements
- Evaluate when refactoring or partial rewrite is needed
Skills
Requirements- 3–6+ years in digital product roles
- Experience working with web and mobile app development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and backlog management
- Ability to think strategically and execute practically
- Experience in subscription, e‑commerce, or tech‑enabled businesses is a plus
- Structured thinker
- Clear communicator
- Proactive problem solver
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving founder‑led environment
