Position: M365 Consultant - Entra ID & Intune

JOB PURPOSE:

Microsoft Products (AD/Exchange/Windows/Office 365/Intune) Implementation & Support

CERTIFICATIONS:

MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, MD-102 Endpoint Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
  • Hands-on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one-two years.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting
  • Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects
  • Office 365
    - Exchange online, Intune MDM- deployment MS Teams, one drive, O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration
  • Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.
  • Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server
  • Manage Entra  conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business
  • Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering
  • Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version ,1810 & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration manager
  • Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support
  • Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy latest version
  • Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing
  • Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items
  • Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
  • Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table.
  • Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
  • Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.

MCSE CP
