• Solution & Systems Understanding – We are looking for profiles who can articulate system architecture, integrations, data flows, and vendor solutions, not just basic familiarity.
• Stakeholder & Delivery Exposure - Candidates should demonstrate experience working with cross functional stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams in delivering system initiatives end to end.
• Data & Analytical Capability - Ability to interpret operational data, work with dashboards, KPIs, and translate insights into system or process improvements is important.
• R&D and Innovation Orientation - Given the evolving nature of our environment, we are looking for candidates who bring exposure to pilots, proof of concepts, emerging technologies (AI, computer vision, IoT sensors, predictive analytics, etc.), and who are comfortable working in experimentation and continuous improvement settings.
• Depth of Technical Experience - Candidates should have hands on exposure to operational platforms and enterprise systems relevant to the role, not just functional or coordination level involvement.
• The Senior Analyst will support Above-the-Wing airport operations by leveraging AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to improve passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision‑making.
• The role involves translating operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions, preparing clear requirements documentation, supporting UAT, and working closely with airport wide stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and presentation capabilities are essential, with experience in airport operations or similar high‑throughput environments preferred.
• The role focuses on end‑to‑end project delivery —from requirements definition and stakeholder alignment through validation and UAT— rather than technical support, operations support, commissioning of services, or service management activities
