We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Software Technician to join our technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our retail and restaurant clients, ensuring they can maximize the potential of our software solutions. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, offering guidance, and delivering top-notch customer support.

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to retail and restaurant clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Offer guidance and training to clients on software features and functionality.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software systems.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of retail and restaurant operations is a plus.
