Head of Product

We are looking for a strategic yet hands‑on Head of Product to lead our product vision and execution across Reluna’s global ventures. This leadership role is pivotal and ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced tech environments, blends product strategy with delivery excellence, and is passionate about shaping innovation in wealth with the latest technology trends including strong focus on AI.

This is a full‑time, onsite role from our Nicosia office.

• Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with Reluna’s business goals and vision.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation through launch and iteration - across multiple product lines.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and time-to-market efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform feature prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Establish, measure, and own product success metrics (KPIs), and provide regular performance reporting.
• Mentor and manage a growing product team, fostering culture, autonomy, and high performance.
• Identify process gaps and optimize product workflows, frameworks, and best practices.

• Lead the design and rollout of AI-powered features, ensuring ethical, practical, and user‑first development.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to embed automation, machine learning, or other advanced technologies into the product.
• Help translate complex AI concepts into clear, valuable product offerings.

• 8+ years of experience in product leadership roles within SaaS, Fin Tech, or Wealth Tech
• Proven ability to launch and scale digital platforms in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
• Fluency in product strategy frameworks (PMF, agile, OKRs), and strong product intuition
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills - equally comfortable with engineers and C‑levels
• A strategic thinker who can zoom out to vision and zoom in to execution
• Fluency in English and Russian at professional working capacity
• Based in Cyprus or open to relocating.

• Prior experience in wealth, fintech or blockchain
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance‑sensitive product environments
• Startup or early‑stage scale‑up experience
• Passion for coaching product teams and building collaborative cultures
