Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer - Microsoft
Job Purpose: Microsoft Products (AD/Exchange/Windows/Office 365/Intune) Implementation & Support
Qualification: BE/BTech/Bsc/Diploma
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one-two years.
- Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting
- Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects
- Office 365
- Exchange online, Intune MDM- deployment MS Teams, one drive, O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration - Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.
- Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server
- Manage Entra conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business
- Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering
- Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version ,1810 & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration manager
- Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support
- Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy latest version
- Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing
- Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items
- Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.
- Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
- Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table.
- Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
- Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.

- File server and Hyper-V

- Microsoft
- MIMECAST/Forcepoint email security Gateway
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests.
- High Degree of Perseverance
- Very good Customer handling Skills
- Open to learn new technologies
