Senior Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Unifier who will be responsible for leading business analysis activities, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6 solutions, and driving process optimization across project controls, cost management, and contract administration for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with project managers, engineers, finance, and commercial teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, business process designs, workflows, and configuration documents within Oracle Unifier and P6.
• Analyse and improve existing processes through automation, digital workflows, and governance standardization.
• Support project setup, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across integrated project systems.
• Provide advanced user support, coordinate issue resolution, and deliver end-user training sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects environments.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations and support.
• Strong working experience with Primavera P6 including schedule integration and project controls.
• In‑depth knowledge of Unifier Business Processes (BPs), Shells, Data Views, reporting, and user management.
• Experience with integrations, data mapping, SQL/XML, and reporting tools such as BI Publisher or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Implementation Specialist, PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
