This role is for a true
market maker
: someone who can
create and open new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead delivery of transformative digital projects
. You will work
closely with the Managing Director
, shaping the firm’s growth and driving both business and delivery outcomes.

• Originate and grow new business in the UAE, focusing on
  digital transformation and financial services
  .
• Build and maintain relationships with
  senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions
  .
• Lead proposals, pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into innovative digital solutions.
• Manage and collaborate with a
  strong delivery team
  , ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
• Help define the firm’s growth strategy and market presence.

• Technology delivery consulting background
  , with experience leading complex projects.
• Progressed into
  business development or client-facing roles
  , demonstrating success in generating new business.
• Established UAE network within banks and financial institutions
  – essential.
• Experience in
  digital transformation and financial services
  .
• Proven ability to
  lead delivery teams
  and manage projects end-to-end.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a
  proven ability to create and grow markets
  .
• Demonstrated success in
  generating multi-million-dollar business ($3–5M USD).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
