Workplace Technology Trainee - UAEN

Workplace Technology Trainee will support the Information Technology team in day-to-day execution and assist with developing, planning and executing plans and campaigns.

This is a temporary contract role for 6 months.

• Support IT Operations, including day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support activities.
• Provide first- and second-level end user support for hardware, software, applications, and collaboration tools across the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Create clear block diagrams and process flowcharts to document application operations and data flows.
• Actively manage stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, customer-focused IT support.
• Collaborate closely with Service Operations resolver teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, escalation, and knowledge sharing.
• Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool in line with SLAs.
• Assess, prioritize, and escalate incidents and problems based on business impact, urgency, and agreed support models.
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment readiness.
• Support end user technology standards, including device builds, software deployment, patching, and upgrades.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and user guides to improve self-service and support efficiency.
• Produce regular operational reports on End User Computing (EUC) performance, issues, trends, and service status.

• University Degree in IT.
