A globally renowned consulting firm is seeking a Data Strategist (Manager level) to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights. Acting as the vital bridge between business and IT, you will design advanced data tools, craft predictive models, and lead the delivery of solutions that transform customer experiences, drive growth, and sharpen competitive advantage.
As a Data Strategist, you will guide stakeholders in defining data opportunities, develop and implement cutting-edge models, and ensure every initiative leads to measurable business outcomes, from boosting revenue and optimising marketing to reimagining customer engagement in a digital-first world.
Your ImpactDelivery Leadership
Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to identify opportunities for leveraging data to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Data mining, analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to optimise product development, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Assess and validate the effectiveness of new data sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of insights.
Design, build, and deploy custom data models and algorithms tailored to unique business challenges.
Apply predictive modelling to enhance customer experiences, improve ad targeting, and maximise revenue potential.
Establish and manage A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model quality and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into products and monitor their performance post-launch.
Develop scalable processes and tools to continuously monitor, analyse, and refine model performance.
Team & Talent Leadership
Act as an analytics translator, ensuring business teams understand technical insights and IT teams are aligned with business priorities.
Mentor junior analysts and data professionals, fostering growth and building organisational data fluency.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and maximise adoption of data solutions.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, data modelling, and predictive techniques within a business environment.
Strong expertise in statistical and data mining methods (regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.).
Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) and hands-on experience handling large datasets.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is a strong plus.
Proven ability to distil technical and analytical content into clear, business-ready recommendations.
Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and identify actionable solutions.
Track record of leadership:inspiring, building relationships, and driving results.
Skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and presenting confidently to senior stakeholders.
