Customer Support Engineer – Expediting; Specialized Engineering Solutions
Job Summary
We are seeking a technically proficient Customer Support Engineer to provide Expediting Support to our Sales team, with a focus on pneumatics systems and applications. The role is responsible for managing technical queries from customers, handling expediting requests, and ensuring the on-time delivery (OTD) of both sold products and in-house manufactured items. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of translating customer requirements into timely deliverables.

Expediting customer deliverables and provide technical support for existing customers. Responsible for Customer Satisfactions by providing on time support to customer requirements. To provide post order execution support to Sales team in achieving customer deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customer technical queries related to pneumatics systems and applications.
- Provide expediting support to ensure all customer orders and in-house manufactured products are delivered on time.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Sales Support, Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics, to achieve OTD targets.
- Monitor order progress, proactively identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding order status, technical updates, and delivery schedules.
- Translate customer requirements and specifications into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
- Assist the Sales team in resolving technical and execution issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Document all processes, updates, and communication for internal tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents and product scheduling / planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering related field.
- Strong technical understanding of pneumatics and mechanical systems and applications.
- Proven experience in customer support, expediting, or order coordination in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to delay mitigation.
