- Manage cybersecurity measures and response plans to protect information systems.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption, if beneficial to operations.
- Provide training sessions for staff to improve their IT skills and technology usage.
- Monitor and report on IT costs, budgetary requirements, and system efficiencies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure system functionality.
- Implement and manage cloud‑based solutions and remote access technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity measures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical information to non‑technical staff.
- Experience with virtualization solutions and cloud‑based technologies preferred.
- A certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is highly desirable.
