Fin Top Consulting has collaborated with a globally recognized, multi-asset broker with a strong international presence, and we are currently supporting them in their search for a Senior Meta Trader professional.
We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience across MT4/MT5 plugin development, Manager/Admin API integrations, and trading platform engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of how brokerage trading ecosystems function end-to-end — from liquidity connectivity and execution logic to risk management and ultra-low latency environments.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES MetaTrader Engineering & Integrations
- Architect, develop, and support custom MT4/MT5 server-side plugins, gateways, and extensions.
- Implement and maintain integrations using Meta Trader Manager and Admin APIs.
- Build real-time services covering trade execution, account operations, risk controls, and reporting.
- Integrate and maintain bridges with liquidity providers, prime brokers, ECNs, and aggregators.
- Oversee order flow, execution models, and risk routing.
- Configure symbols, pricing feeds, and execution rules for optimal trading performance.
- Design and operate high-availability, low-latency trading services.
- Monitor and optimize execution speed, pricing accuracy, and bridge performance.
- Diagnose and resolve live trading and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with dealing and risk teams on margin rules, swaps, commissions, and automation logic.
- Convert trading and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide second- and third-level support for MT4/MT5 production environments.
- Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Assist with audits, controls, and regulatory initiatives.
- MT4 and MT5 server architecture
- Manager API and Admin API
- Custom plugins, gateways, and server extensions
- Forex/CFD brokerage operations
- Liquidity bridges and aggregation models
- Strong grasp of trading workflows and terminology
- FIX connectivity fundamentals
- Real-time data streaming and processing
- Strong coding skills in C++, Java, C#, or Python
- Experience with multithreading, messaging, and distributed systems
- Trading and operational databases
- 5+ years in a senior trading systems or Meta Trader-focused role
- Demonstrated experience managing live, production-grade MT4/MT5 environments
- Proven ownership of mission-critical trading infrastructure
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator across technical, trading, and business teams
