• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring position.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices.
• Proven experience in planning and executing multiple testing types (manual and automation).
• Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and experience with CI/CD integration.
• Hands‑on experience with API, web, and mobile testing; proficiency with tools like Jira (X‑Ray), Postman, etc.
• Strong understanding of project architecture, system dependencies, and integration testing.
• Experience managing QA teams: task distribution, goal setting, performance reviews, and team growth.
• Ability to make critical decisions regarding release readiness and production quality.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing QA processes within teams or departments.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to maintain alignment across teams.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (spoken and written).

• Background in test automation development (Python+Playwright).
• Experience in Affiliate domain

• Manage the QA team’s operational activities, including planning, task delegation, workload balancing, and issue escalation to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and define SMART goals and individual development plans for team members.
• Maintain transparent communication and effective collaboration with development, product, and management teams.
• Take full responsibility for the quality of the delivered product, including go/no-go decisions for production deployment.
• Implement all required testing types (functional, regression, integration, automation, performance, etc.) and maintain the testing infrastructure.
• Create and update all essential testing documentation test cases, checklists, test plans, and testing strategy.
• Have a deep understanding of the project’s architecture and testing specifics of each component.
• Define and optimize integration points for automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve testing and development processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new QA specialists, supporting their professional growth and readiness for promotion.
• Foster a feedback‑driven culture of ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to company-wide QA standards and testing policies.
• Participate in grooming, planning, and review sessions, ensuring clear understanding of requirements by all participants.
• Maintain strong awareness of business needs, aligning QA efforts with overall product and company goals.
