Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
We are partnering with a high-growth fintech infrastructure firm building next-generation financial rails across Agentic AI and Stablecoin settlement ecosystems

This is a rare opportunity for an executive-level Chief Information Security Officer to architect and lead a global security function at the intersection of institutional finance, programmable money, and autonomous AI systems.
Reporting into the C-Suite with exposure to Board governance, this role is designed for a strategic security leader who can balance engineering velocity with institutional-grade risk management — building security as a business enabler, not a blocker.
What You’ll Lead Executive Security & Regulatory Governance- Own the firm’s global cybersecurity posture and regulatory security program.
- Lead cyber risk governance, board reporting, and executive incident materiality assessments.
- Oversee security readiness aligned to global regulatory frameworks and public-market expectations.
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous / agentic AI environments
. - Secure programmable financial infrastructure and digital asset settlement ecosystems.
- Mitigate emerging risks including model exploitation, agent abuse, and transaction manipulation.
- Embed security into engineering workflows through automated guardrails and “shift-left” practices.
- Drive risk-based vulnerability prioritization aligned to real-world threat exposure.
- Champion modern cloud security across distributed infrastructure (AWS / GCP).
- Own global Incident Response and Business Continuity programs.
- Lead crisis simulations across financial system failure and AI-driven fraud scenarios.
- Build continuous third-party risk monitoring across banking and infrastructure partners.
- Scale and mentor a distributed, high-impact security organization.
- Foster a culture of automation, accountability, and security innovation.
- 12+ years in Information Security, including executive leadership roles.
- Background in regulated financial services, fintech infrastructure, or institutional platforms.
- Deep experience in cloud-native and distributed environments.
- Exposure to digital assets, stable coins, or AI-driven financial systems is highly advantageous.
- CISSP (required) or equivalent executive credentials (CISM, CCISO, CISA).
- Advanced education or executive cybersecurity leadership training is a plus.
- Strategic thinker who views regulation as a growth enabler.
- Confident navigating trade-offs between innovation speed and risk posture.
- Decisive, agile, and credible at Board and C-Suite level.
- Proven leader of high-performing distributed teams.
