The role of Senior Product Designer requires a candidate to have 8+ years of experience in a related field, with experience in the Banking or Financial industry and the GCC region considered assets. Essential technical knowledge & skills include a strong foundation in Design Thinking, the ability to produce creative outputs, and hands‑on experience with industry‑standard software and prototyping tools. The candidate must be skilled in creating wireframes as per requirements and have applicable experience in UI/UX or other related domains.
Furthermore, the role demands expertise in human‑centered design practices, designing for both native app UI and web platforms, and being a self‑motivated design thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate is a collaborator, co‑creator, and innovation thinker who can challenge the status quo, deeply appreciates user experience & information architecture, and is passionate about analyzing problems and designing solutions as a curious observer who can identify patterns and meaning through design, solutions, and insights.
