A leading IT service provider in Dubai seeks an Onsite Deskside Support Technician to deliver top-notch IT support. The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support (L1/L2) and a degree in IT or a related field. Responsibilities include providing deskside and remote support for a variety of devices, managing service requests using ITSM tools, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to assist VIP users during critical incidents.
