Job Description
- Manage and oversee CRM system configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance to support changing business needs.
- Control user access, roles, and security settings, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and conduct CRM training sessions to improve user adoption and system efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related issues, delivering prompt and reliable technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration, ideally with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, reporting, and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving technical challenges effectively.
