- Install, set up, maintain and fix IT equipment & systems in office
- Perform daily technical support on network, system, software and hardware
- Install and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, cabling)
- Set up and configure store systems such as POS, inventory platforms, digital signage, and access control
- Coordinate with vendors for internet service provider, payment services, and cabling needs
- Assist with new store openings, pop‑up deployments, and store relocations
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Mac, POS hardware, and networking basics.
- Experience with routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, and device configuration.
- Customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
- Willing to work on‑site in retail locations with occasional off‑hours support.
