Location:

Dubai (or Middle East region, depending on project needs). Seniority Level: Senior Consultant / Lead.

We are seeking a highly experienced SAC Financial Planning Techno-Functional Lead to join our SAP Data & Analytics practice. This role is ideal for a senior consultant with deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, strong financial planning knowledge, and proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes in global enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping and delivering end-to-end SAC Planning solutions aligned with SAP best practices and business objectives.

• Act as Techno-Functional Lead for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning engagements.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAC Planning solutions.
• Conduct and facilitate business and IT workshops, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and design thinking sessions.
• Translate business planning requirements into scalable SAC Planning models and solution blueprints.
• Develop and maintain:
  • Functional design documents
  • Solution architectures
  • Interface and integration specifications
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Data, and SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Provide leadership across workstream delivery, issue resolution, and planning governance.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and clear solution articulation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics with strong solution architecture and delivery background.
• Deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning, with leadership of at least two full-cycle SAC Planning implementations.
• Strong experience delivering finance and planning solutions in SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Proven background working with Global System Integrators or Big 4 consulting firms (mandatory).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both IT and business audiences.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation experience.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP BPC for Planning.
• Industry experience in Retail and/or Automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise planning processes and financial modelling.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments with globally distributed teams.
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus depending on project/region).
