Join us on this journey — let’s leave a mark together!Cyberwise is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our regional growth across cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection solutions and services.
This role focuses on engaging senior cybersecurity and technology decision-makers, including CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Information Security, Risk & Compliance Managers, and IT Governance leaders across priority sectors such as banking, fintech, government, and critical infrastructure.
Beyond lead generation, the BDR will actively support the sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and assisting Account Managers during the closing phase. The ideal candidate is self-driven, creative, and capable of proposing and leading new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with inbound leads to understand their business challenges and qualify opportunities.
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach to target accounts via email, Linked In, and phone, focusing on cybersecurity and compliance decision-makers.
- Research key accounts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), industry regulations (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NCA, etc.), and market triggers.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery meetings with Account Managers.
- Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, coordinating internal inputs, and following up with prospects on commercial discussions.
- Assist Account Managers in opportunity progression, documentation, and closing activities.
- Maintain and update accurate opportunity and contact data in CRM
- Track and report on lead engagement, pipeline development, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign effectiveness.
- Proactively propose new initiatives for market penetration, target account expansion, and lead generation improvement.
- Stay up to date on Cyberwise’s services, case studies, industry regulations, and cybersecurity trends to confidently position offerings.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, SDR/BDR, or inside sales (preferably in B2B cybersecurity or IT services).
- Experience engaging enterprise-level stakeholders, especially C-level and cybersecurity-related roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, compliance frameworks, or enterprise IT environments.
