We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to head the BI vertical within the Data organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining analytical depth, business understanding, and strong visualization expertise. You will lead the design, development, and governance of business intelligence solutions, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Risk, Commercial, and Engineering teams. We are looking for someone who can translate business questions into structured analysis, derive actionable insights, and deliver high-quality reporting frameworks that support strategic decision‑making.

From day one, you will manage a team of two BI professionals, with the opportunity to further grow the function over time.

• Lead the Business Intelligence vertical within the Data team
• Manage and mentor a team of two BI analysts
• Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting and dashboarding frameworks
• Drive adoption of Power BI as the core visualization platform
• Develop high-impact dashboards and executive-level reporting
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured SQL-driven analysis
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure data consistency and metric standardization across departments
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Governance to maintain data reliability
• Contribute to hiring and future expansion of the BI team

• Approximately 8–10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics
• Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, aggregations, performance optimization)
• Strong experience working directly with raw tables and data models
• Proven track record building executive dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks
• Deep expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices, performance optimization)
• Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring/visualization tools
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metric design, and business performance tracking
• Ability to independently perform backend data investigation and root‑cause analysis
• Experience working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders

• Experience with in Fin Tech or digital platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
• Comfort working with notebooks in modern data environments
• Exposure to Azure ecosystem
• Prior experience hiring or scaling BI teams

• Strong analytical background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• Highly structured thinker with strong problem‑framing ability
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision
• Naturally curious about business performance drivers
