** Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. As part of our Gulf commercial team, you'll be at the forefront of launching and scaling Dupixent's newest indications, working directly with top-tier KOLs and field teams to modernize how we bring life-changing treatments to patients across the Gulf.

** Main responsibilities
*** Drive commercial strategy execution for Dupixent anchor and new indication launches across Gulf countries, translating global strategies into actionable field plans with clear KPIs and measurable success metrics
* Build and manage strategic relationships with top-tier KOLs across Gulf countries, designing engagement plans that drive clinical advocacy and peer-to-peer influence
* Lead field-based capability building initiatives, coaching teams on modern commercial approaches, agile methodologies, and launch excellence
* Act as the strategic connector between headquarters and Gulf field teams, channeling real-time field insights and customer feedback to optimize launch performance and inform tactical adjustments
* Champion cross-functional collaboration by leading field projects that enhance customer experience and launch impact across Gulf markets
* Establish and monitor field performance metrics aligned with launch objectives, creating visibility around team achievements and key milestones
* Streamline field operations by implementing standardized processes for launches, KOL engagement, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
** About you**

* Experience:

** Strong commercial background in pharmaceutical sales operations or sales management, with a proven track record in commercial strategy development and complex product launches involving multiple indications; experience with biologics is essential; familiarity with fierce competitive markets and UAE experience are required
* ** Soft and technical skills:
** Agile mindset and ability to drive change in fast-moving environments *(critical requirement)*; strategic thinking and strong business acumen; excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to mobilize large, diverse teams; result-oriented with comfort making bold, calculated decisions; strong coaching and influencing capabilities

* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

* Languages:

** Fluency in English (written and spoken)
