• Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management.
• Cyber Ark PAM & Sectona PAM – Full lifecycle management of Privileged Access, including vault architecture, account boarding, and session security.
• Proofpoint Web & Email Security – Complete operational ownership of email and web protection, including gateway management, threat defense, and filtering policies.
• Operational Support:
  Provide support in handling identity and messaging solutions in a support or operational capacity.
• Support the project cycle under guidance.
• Data Gathering & Documentation - Support the collection of requirements and the update of technical design documents.
• Deployment & Testing - Assist in deploying PAM and Email security agents and configuring policies.
• Handover - Assist in training customer teams on basic solution management.
• Technical Fundamentals:
  Maintain a deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles, networking, and system administration.
• Continuous Learning:
  Be proactive in learning and training on new identity or messaging security solutions as required by the market.
• Maintenance:
  Perform regular health checks for existing deployments and maintain detailed documentation for known issues.
