, you will drive growth through data-driven paid marketing — planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will be responsible for building performance strategies, managing paid campaigns, improving ROI, and delivering measurable results for brands. Working closely with creative, content, and strategy teams, you’ll ensure every campaign is optimized for conversions, lead generation, and business growth.

This role demands analytical thinking, platform expertise, optimization skills, and performance ownership. From audience targeting and funnel strategy to creatives and tracking, you will own the full paid marketing cycle and continuously improve performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to improve conversions, CPL, and ROI.
  • Develop performance strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for better results.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Set up tracking, pixels, conversion events, and performance measurement systems.
  • Generate high-quality leads and improve funnel performance.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithms, and performance marketing trends.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, Reddit Ads
    , and other paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, creatives, funnels, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in Lead Generation and Performance Tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
