The Facebook Meta Suite Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling the company’s presence across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Whats App Business through Meta Business Suite. The role focuses on content management, audience growth, paid advertising performance, lead generation, analytics, and brand consistency across multiple business units and brands. The manager will drive measurable business outcomes such as leads, bookings, sales conversions, and brand engagement

Salary: 5 - 7K AED
Key Responsibilities 1. Meta Business Suite Management- Manage and maintain Meta Business Manager & Business Suite accounts
- Oversee Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts
- Configure roles, permissions, and access control
- Maintain account security and asset organization
- Ensure compliance with Meta policies and brand guidelines
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns via Meta Suite
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Optimize posting schedules based on analytics
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Set campaign objectives (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Awareness)
- Manage budgets and daily spend allocation
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and cost per lead
- Set up Meta Lead Forms and integrations
- Coordinate with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Hub Spot, Whats App API)
- Monitor lead quality and conversion performance
- Improve funnel performance and retargeting strategies
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Reach & engagement
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Audience growth
- Ad ROI
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries
- Coordinate responses with sales or customer service teams
- Maintain response time standards
- Implement automated replies and chatbot flows when applicable
- Identify audience growth opportunities
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Track competitor activity and trends
- Suggest campaign ideas aligned with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience managing Meta platforms professionally
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Business Manager
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Audience targeting
- Conversion tracking & pixels
- Experience managing advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of CRM integrations
- Experience with Whats App Business API
- Basic graphic or video understanding
- Familiarity with Shopify / booking platforms (advantage)
- Performance marketing mindset
