IT Support Engineer

Noorka Logistics is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can maintain IT infrastructure, provide timely technical support, and ensure smooth system operations within a fast-moving logistics and supply chain environment.

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
• Support ERP and logistics management systems used by operations teams.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
