User Acceptance Testing Analyst

The Business Process UAT Testers are experienced frontline or operations staff who validate AI features from a real-world business perspective. They execute end-to-end test scenarios, provide qualitative feedback on AI-embedded workflows, and ensure that delivered features actually work the way business users need them to.

These roles are power users of the existing systems being transformed. Their value lies precisely in their deep operational knowledge and their ability to identify issues that technical testers would miss.

• Execute end-to-end UAT scenarios across all delivered AI features and process changes.
• Provide structured qualitative feedback on AI workflow usability, accuracy, and business fit.
• Document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases in a structured format for development teams.
• Validate reports and KPIs produced by the Data & Insights Specialist against operational reality.
• Participate in sprint reviews and acceptance sessions to provide real-time business user perspective.
• Support regression testing for previously accepted features when system changes are deployed.

• 3-7 years as frontline or operations staff in a B2B environment (sales, marketing, care, or lead-to-order).
• Recognized as a super user of existing systems.
• Detail-oriented and structured in approach.

• Deep operational knowledge of B2B processes in at least one domain (sales, care, collections, or back office).
• Experience as a power user of CRM, ticketing, order management, or billing systems.
• Structured approach to defect documentation and test execution.
• Ability to articulate business impact of defects in terms that product and development teams can act on.
