Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (physical & virtual) for banking operations.
- Implement security hardening, patch management, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot mission-critical systems for high availability.
- Support projects, testing, go-live, and IT audits in a banking environment.
- Automate tasks and improve processes using Power Shell and other tools.
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Security, compliance (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), and vulnerability management.
- System performance tuning, monitoring, and automation scripting.
