Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Brief Overview:
A leading retail group in the GCC is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support the rollout of customer consent and preference canters. This will assist with the Whats App migration to a unified Marketing Cloud number. Additionally, reworking Mets / Whats App templates for utility messages.
Technical Consultant – Requirements:
- Supporting rollout of customer consent and preference centers
- Assisting with Whats App migration to a unified Marketing Cloud number.
- Reworking Meta / Whats App templates for utility messages
- Supporting testing and QA of transactional email and Whats App journeys.
