Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Data Analyst for one of its clients, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and storytelling decks in Power Point
- Translate complex data into clear visual insights and recommendations
- Use Think-Cell effectively in PowerPoint presentations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews
- Collaborate with commercial and management teams on data requirements
- Maintain trackers and ensure data accuracy across all reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in preparing management or client presentations
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation skills
- Ability to visualize and communicate data insights clearly
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
