We are looking for a Senior SEO / PPC Manager (5+ years experience) who can take full ownership of organic and paid campaigns, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable digital growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage SEO and PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the design, video, and web development teams to align marketing goals.
- Audit company websites regularly and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Manage a small internal team (4–5 members) and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, paid media trends, and AI-based tools.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate consistent, high-quality leads for multiple brands.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO/PPC management (UAE, Middle East, or Europe preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, ranking improvement, and campaign optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with Word Press and Shopify platforms.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Up-to-date understanding of AI-based marketing tools and automation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with machinery, construction, or industrial brands.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website performance optimization.
- Understanding of branding, conversion funnels, and remarketing strategies.
