We are seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Growth Marketing & CRM Automation Manager to lead end-to-end digital growth, website performance, and lead management systems for a premium real estate development and serviced office brand in Dubai.

This role bridges marketing and sales by driving qualified organic traffic, optimizing website conversion funnels, and building seamless CRM and automation systems that maximize lead generation, qualification, and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed SEO, website optimization, CRM implementation, and marketing automation within the same role and understands how to connect traffic acquisition with sales pipeline efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1. SEO & Organic Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (local UAE + international markets).
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements (Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, indexing, site structure).
  • Monitor and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
2. Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Manage website CMS (Word Press, Webflow, or custom platforms).
  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages.
  • Improve UX/UI and conversion funnels aligned with luxury positioning.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO strategies.
  • Monitor analytics via GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Integrate paid media platforms and website forms with CRM.
  • Develop lead scoring systems and sales funnel workflows.
  • Ensure proper lead routing and sales pipeline visibility.
4. Marketing Automation & AI
  • Set up automated email, Whats App, and follow-up sequences.
  • Build AI chatbot automation for lead qualification.
  • Optimize lead response time through automation.
  • Create marketing and sales dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Continuously improve automation efficiency and conversion rates.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, website management, and CRM/automation.
  • Proven experience managing both organic growth and lead management systems within the same role.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise.
  • Hands‑on CRM implementation and marketing automation experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in real estate or premium property sector preferred.
