Requirements
- 7+ Years of experience in designing, developing, and monitoring integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- At least 2 end‑to‑end OIC integration implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud as one of the boundary systems.
- Exposure in using HCM Data extracts in Oracle Integration Cloud to export data from Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services implementation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Integration capabilities (APIs, Events, Files, FTP, inbound/outbound) and a track record of delivering a large implementation project.
- Good understanding of XSLT transformations, implementing API security, interface error handling, and integration deployment.
- Ability to interact with functional consultants and business teams, providing architectural and technical solution approaches to the implementation program.
- Exposure to HCM extracts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Compensation, Employee, Job, Core HR, and OTL.
- Experience integrating cloud and DB/legacy applications using Oracle Integration Cloud.
VBCS or Apex implementation is required.
