We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced Senior Associate for the Pharmacy team. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by identifying gaps within the existing catalogue and partnering with the relevant teams to fix them. The Senior Catalog Associate will be responsible for root causing data quality issues, identifying and analysing non‑productive inventory and bringing about recommendations, identifying selection gaps and helping expand selection from vendors and developing business relationships with vendors.
Joining the team means working with a dynamic and creative group that sets a high bar for innovation and success in a fast‑paced, changing environment. The program is highly cross‑functional in nature, intensive and requires in‑depth study of the existing ecosystem.
Key Deliverables- Partner with relevant teams on detailed dive deeps to identify gaps
- Deliver on tight deadlines to execute identified initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar quantitative discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple, plain stories; present information professionally and concisely with supporting data
- Work effectively and independently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with e‑commerce & retail
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Knowledge in Excel, SQL and Macros
