Chief Growth & Revenue Officer (Web3) (Immediate)

About the RoleWe are building institutional-grade decentralized trading infrastructure designed to operate at exchange-level performance while settling on-chain.
We are looking for a Chief Growth & Revenue Officer to take full ownership of revenue, trading volume growth, user acquisition economics, and liquidity strategy.
This is not a brand-only marketing role.
This is a commercial leadership position for someone who understands trading platforms, market structure, incentives, and how to scale volume in highly competitive environments.
You will work directly with founders and executive leadership to build the revenue engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Own Revenue & Volume Strategy- Define and execute the platform’s revenue growth strategy
- Own trading volume growth and active trader expansion
- Design monetization strategy (fees, incentives, referral models)
- Optimize LTV/CAC and capital efficiency
- Develop liquidity growth frameworks
- Work directly with market makers and liquidity providers
- Design incentive programs aligned with sustainable growth
- Improve retention and trading frequency
- Lead user acquisition strategy (organic + paid + partnerships)
- Develop referral and affiliate frameworks
- Optimize onboarding and conversion funnels
- Build and lead growth, partnerships, and performance teams
- Define and track growth KPIs
- Align product roadmap with revenue objectives
- Report directly to founders on commercial performance
- 7–12+ years in growth, revenue, or commercial leadership
- Direct experience scaling a trading platform, exchange, DeFi protocol, or financial product
- Deep understanding of trading volume dynamics and liquidity flywheels
- Strong grasp of monetization models in exchange environments
- Experience working with liquidity providers or institutional partners
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets
- Experience in derivatives, perpetuals, or event-based trading
- Background in Web3 or crypto-native ecosystems
- Experience managing incentive programs or liquidity campaigns
- Experience operating during high-volatility market cycles
- Network within trading or liquidity ecosystems
- Operator mindset — not just strategist

- Able to balance aggressive growth with sustainable economics
