We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will operate and support our cloud platforms to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability across all services.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and service uptime
- Manage and resolve incidents, escalating as needed
- Perform regular patching, updates, and maintenance activities
- Support capacity planning and resource optimization
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service reliability
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard procedures
- Implement best practices for cloud governance, security, and operations
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools, incident workflows, and ITSM processes
- Knowledge of scripting or automation (Power Shell, Bash, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud networking, security controls, and cost management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
