Overview
The Transportation Specialist I is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers and carriers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on field support to sellers and audits, stakeholder management, within and outside of Amazon, rolling out of new processes, and running central control centres. The role requires someone who has a broader view of customer experience and a high willingness to take ownership.
The candidate should have skills in identifying patterns and disruptions in data and the ability to scrutinize details and foresee implications of the data. The team supports inbound and outbound operations via voice and non-voice channels. The candidate must be ready to work on weekends and in shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
