Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operational Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our healthcare operations, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency across our digital health platform.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports using tools like Apache Superset, Tableau, or Power BI to track KPIs across telemedicine consultations, patient engagement, service utilization, and clinical outcomes
• Analyze large healthcare datasets from EMR systems, appointment scheduling platforms, pharmacy operations, and laboratory services to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Develop predictive models to anticipate patient demand, resource requirements, and operational bottlenecks

Process Optimization

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational workflows including patient onboarding, consultation scheduling, prescription fulfillment, and lab test processing to identify
• Work closely with clinical operations, technology, and product teams to implement data-driven process improvements that enhance patient experience and operational performance
• Monitor and analyze patient journey metrics, drop-off rates, and engagement patterns to optimize conversion and retention across our digital health platform

Business Intelligence & Strategy

• Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis, market intelligence, and operational insights to senior leadership
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to identify best practices in digital health operations
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze revenue trends, service utilization patterns, and cost optimization opportunities

Data Infrastructure & Quality

• Work with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data validation checks
• Work on data governance practices and documentation standards using tools like Data Hub for metadata management

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with clinical teams, operations managers, and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership through clear visualizations and actionable insights
• Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools, reporting systems, and data interpretation

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in operational analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics role, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or fast-paced operational environments
• Experience working with healthcare data systems (EMR/EHR), pharmacy operations, or telemedicine platforms is highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Postgre

• Strong Python skills for data analysis, manipulation, and automation (Pandas, Num Py)
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow) and data pipeline development
